3. Confirmation & Delivery Timeline

3.1 Upon successful payment, the customer will receive an email confirmation including:

  • Unique Booking ID
  • Travel dates and package details
  • Contact details of the assigned trip coordinator
  • Digital itinerary document

3.2 Delivery of confirmation email is typically completed within 10–15 minutes of successful payment.
3.3 In rare cases (e.g., email server delays), it may take up to 24 hours to receive the confirmation.


4. Mode of Delivery

4.1 All communication and service delivery is conducted digitally. There are no courier or shipment services involved.

5. Physical Meetpoint Services

5.1 Treks and trips will commence from pre-defined assembly points or locations provided in your itinerary.

6.1 Rushme Trill Treks reserves the right to modify tour itineraries before or during the trip for safety, weather, or logistical reasons.
6.2 Any such changes will be communicated at the earliest possible time to the registered email or mobile number.


7. Non-Receipt of Confirmation

If a customer does not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking:

  • Please check your spam/junk folder
