This Payment & Pricing Policy governs how Rushme Trill Treks Pvt Ltd (“Company”) prices its adventure travel services and handles payment processing for all its customers. It ensures transparency, security, and adherence to financial best practices and applicable regulatory standards.
2. Pricing Structure
2.1 All prices for our tours, treks, and custom packages are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) as applicable.
2.2 Prices may vary based on:
- Seasonality (e.g., peak/off-peak rates)
- Group size
- Duration of trek
- Add-on inclusions such as meals, transfers, equipment rental, or permits
2.3 Any promotional or limited-time discounts will be explicitly mentioned with terms of eligibility.
3. Price Changes
3.1 Prices displayed at the time of booking are considered final and binding once full payment is made.
3.2 We reserve the right to update our pricing without prior notice for future bookings due to operational costs, currency fluctuations, or regulatory changes.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
4.1 We accept payments via:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (enabled by our payment partners)
4.2 All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways to ensure maximum security.
5. Payment Timelines
5.1 Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm a slot. Partial payments or advance bookings are only accepted in pre-approved group packages or custom itineraries.
5.2 For custom packages with phased payments, the balance must be cleared before 72 hours of tour commencement.
6. Payment Confirmation
6.1 A system-generated confirmation email and digital invoice will be sent upon successful payment.
6.2 If a customer does not receive confirmation within 24 hours, they should contact info@treks-rush.me with the payment reference ID.
7. Payment Failures or Disputes
7.1 In the case of a failed transaction, the customer is advised to:
- Retry with a different method or card
- Check with their issuing bank for OTP or network delays
7.2 Disputed payments (chargebacks or fraud alerts) may result in temporary suspension of the booking until the issue is resolved.
8. Refund Handling
Refunds due to cancellation will be governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Invoicing & Taxation
9.1 A GST-compliant digital invoice will be shared with every booking.
9.2 Any additional taxes or government levies imposed after the booking date will be communicated and are to be borne by the participant if applicable.
