1. Purpose

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which customers may cancel a tour and claim a refund from Rushme Trill Treks Pvt Ltd. Our goal is to be fair while maintaining the operational integrity of our small-group, offbeat adventures.


2. General Booking Terms

2.1 All bookings must be made via our website or verified channels.
2.2 Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.
2.3 This policy applies to all online, direct, and promotional bookings.


3. Eligibility for Cancellation

3.1 A participant may cancel their booking by submitting a written request to: info@treks-rush.me.
3.2 Cancellation is valid only upon acknowledgment by our customer support team.


4. Cancellation by Participant

4.1 Full Refund: Cancellations made within 3 calendar days of booking, and at least 7 full days before the trek start date, are eligible for a 100% refund.
4.2 Partial Refund: No partial refunds are applicable. Cancellations made after 3 days or within 7 days of the trek start date are non-refundable.
4.3 No-show: Failure to arrive at the starting point without prior cancellation notice will result in no refund.


5. Cancellation by Rushme Trill Treks Pvt Ltd

5.1 We reserve the right to cancel a trek due to low enrollment, severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic advisories, or government restrictions.
5.2 In such cases, participants will be offered either:

  • A 100% refund to the original payment method OR
  • A full credit to use on any other trek within 12 months

6. Non-Refundable Situations

6.1 Rushme Trill Treks Pvt Ltd will not issue a refund in the following scenarios:

  • Participant leaves the trek early for personal reasons
  • Participant is removed due to misconduct or violation of safety guidelines
  • Participant arrives late or fails to show up
  • Delays or disruption caused by third-party transportation or weather

7. Refund Processing Timeline

7.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7.2 No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
7.3 The refund will reflect on your bank/card statement as per the payment gateway’s clearing time.


8. Modifications & Transfers

8.1 Requests to shift booking to a later date or transfer to another person must be made at least 7 days prior to trek start.
8.2 Such requests are subject to availability and require written confirmation from our team.
8.3 Transfers are not allowed for bookings made under promotional or limited-time discounts.


9. Emergency & Force Majeure

9.1 In case of a government-declared lockdown, natural disaster, or public emergency, bookings may be rescheduled at no extra cost or credited for future use.
