1. Purpose
The User Code of Conduct outlines the behavioral expectations for all participants engaging in treks, tours, or experiences organized by Rushme Trill Treks Pvt Ltd. This document aims to ensure a safe, respectful, and sustainable environment for every individual and the communities we interact with.
2. Participant Responsibilities
2.1 Every participant must:
- Follow instructions provided by trek leaders and staff at all times
- Act respectfully toward fellow travelers, local communities, and nature
- Maintain group harmony by being punctual and cooperative
2.2 Participants must refrain from:
- Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior
- Damage to environment, flora, fauna, or cultural heritage sites
- Excessive noise, littering, or violation of eco-sensitive rules
3. Safety Compliance
3.1 Participants are required to:
- Wear safety gear (where applicable) and stay within designated trails
- Disclose any illness or physical limitation prior to commencement
- Comply with local authority instructions during checkpoints, emergencies, or adverse conditions
3.2 Violation of safety guidelines may lead to:
- Immediate removal from the group
- Reporting to local law enforcement (if required)
- No refund of booking amount
4. Zero Tolerance for Substance Abuse
4.1 Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any controlled substance during treks is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Violation may result in expulsion from the tour and permanent blacklisting from future activities.
5. Respect for Local Cultures and Customs
5.1 Participants must be mindful of:
- Dress codes in rural or sacred areas
- Personal space and privacy of local communities
- Not taking photographs where prohibited
5.2 Use of offensive language or culturally inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Equipment Responsibility
6.1 Any equipment or gear provided by Rushme Trill Treks must be used responsibly and returned in proper condition.
6.2 Participants will be held liable for any intentional damage, theft, or loss.
7. Group Integrity
7.1 Participants must:
- Not wander away from the group during treks or site visits
- Inform the trek leader before taking any detours or extended stops
- Assist fellow travelers if they are in distress
8. Complaint Redressal
8.1 Complaints or grievances must be shared with the trek leader immediately or emailed to info@treks-rush.me within 48 hours of trip completion.
8.2 We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
9. Enforcement
Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Verbal warning
- Removal from the ongoing trip
- Denial of future bookings
- Legal action, if applicable
10. Final Statement
By booking a trip with Rushme Trill Treks Pvt Ltd, all participants agree to abide by this User Code of Conduct throughout their journey.
